Returns / exchanges

Lime Tree Bower does not offer change of mind exchanges or refunds unless expressly agreed between the customer and Lime Tree Bower.

If items are damaged during shipping, the customer must contact Lime Tree Bower within 24 hours of receiving the items, and Lime Tree Bower will work with the customer to replace the goods.

Returns due to damage after delivery will not be accepted.

Delivery & stock

Lime Tree Bower will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days of receipt of the order.

However, due to the handmade nature of Lime Tree Bower products, there may be a delay in the fulfilment of large orders. In this case, the expected fulfillment time will be communicated to you by Lime Tree Bower. Please email us ( hello@limetreebower.com ) if you require an order to be delivered by a specific date so we can do as best we can to accommodate your requirements.

Delivery / Shipping

Please refer to the product description for delivery details, as it changes per product. For example, terrariums are never shipped and require pick up. Other items have shipping included within the stated price of the product, or is free delivery.

We deliver within Australia only, and via Australia Post when applicable.

Shipping within Australia is conducted via Australia Post or courier. Due to the unpredictable nature of snail mail, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery time, once the order has been dispatched. Typically, items will arrive within 3 days of posting but one can never be 100% certain.

Payment

Payment of orders are made using the secure Stripe payment system. Credit cards are accepted. All details provided are secured safely and only used for payment purposes.

Orders will be fulfilled and dispatched upon payment only. 

GST

All goods and services sold online include 10% GST.
